Basics

Create an API key in the Terminal dashboard. Use this key to authenticate your requests with the X-API-KEY header.
Create a few test accounts to use as test subjects for your transactions and segments. Include external ids, email addresses, phone numbers, and other identifiers.
Create a test transaction by inserting the API key in the playground, and using the accounts you create above.
Create a test segment by creating rules based on the test transactions you created above.
